Experimental Investigation of Heat Transfer in a Flat-wall Impinging Diesel Spray Flame under Diesel-like Conditions

چکیده
The heat loss through the walls of Internal Combustion Engines (ICEs) needs to be minimized and improved since it has a detrimental impact on overall thermal efficiency engine. This study focuses investigating transfer in flat-wall impinging diesel spray flame, simulating conditions, optimize engine parameters. effects factors such as various injection pressures, nozzle hole diameters, impingement distances, oxygen concentrations are analysed combined individually. Experimental techniques, high-speed imaging, flux sensors, thermocouples, used visualize measure profiles temperature distributions, respectively. Preliminary results their implications discussed. Regarding parametric studies effect wall under conditions similar those small engine, was observed that transferred significant certain conditions. These emphasize effectiveness manipulating rate profile viable step suppress wall.
